Outside Commercial Sales Representative-Construction & Building Materials Industry

In 2026, we celebrate 100 years in business. DH Pace is hiring an Outside Commercial Sales Representative in Raleigh, North Carolina. The role involves developing relationships with existing customers and aggressively seeking new prospects through prospecting activities to sell commercial doors. Responsibilities Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of commercial doors and related products and services Cultivate sales within commercial and industrial building owners/managers, colleges, K-12, municipalities, and hospitals in Raleigh and surrounding areas Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Prefer a minimum of three (3) years of outside sales experience calling on business‑to‑business customers, ideally in commercial accounts selling retrofit to end‑users; other applicable experience, especially with mechanical-type products, may also be considered Must possess a valid driver’s license Bachelor’s degree highly preferred Ability to understand technical applications and mechanical systems Successful completion of references, employment verifications, background check, drug screening, and driving record (if applicable) will be required before hire.
