Contract | Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients within a home health setting across a wide service area
- Meet a productivity expectation of a minimum of 30 points per week
- Complete all clinical documentation by 10:00 AM the following day
- Utilize HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase) for documentation and care coordination
- Travel to patient homes within a 50+ mile radius of the assigned office location
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Washington
- Minimum of one (1) year of home health experience required
- Proficiency with HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase) documentation system
- Ability to travel and provide services within a 50+ mile radius of the office
- Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience managing a high-volume caseload in a home health environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills to meet documentation deadlines
