- Position: Backfill Contract RN - PACU
- Duration: 13 Weeks
- Shift: 09:30 AM - 06:00 PM, Monday - Friday
- Location: 1st Floor - PACU
- Department Number: 70481
- Units: 16 Beds
- Staff: 12
- 11 Day Shift Nurses
- 1 Night Shift Nurse
- Patient Ratios: 2:1 or 1:1 Requirements:
- Must Have:
- PALS
- ACLS
- BLS
- Preferred or Nice to Have:
- Meditech experience
- Critical care experience Responsibilities:
- Perform typical procedures such as:
- Nerve blocks
- Lumbar punctures
- Chest tube placement Work Environment:
- Equipment: IV pumps, Arterial lines, Bipaps, Chest tubes, Bladder scan, Doppler for pulse checks
- EMR: Meditech Team Culture:
- Best Personality Fit:
- Laid back
- Good at multi-tasking
- Prefers teamwork Dress Code:
- Scrub Color: Navy blue
