Welcome to Manthei Wood Products. We have a hardwood face veneer division, a specialty plywood division, and a retail wood products division.
Manthei Wood Products' benefits package includes competitive compensation, health insurance with high employer cost sharing, paid time off with additional paid holidays, 401k employer match, access to Success Coach and three day weekends! That's right, we work four days a week, 10-hour shifts, Monday-Thursday. Overtime hours occasionally on Fridays. 1st shift: 5:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday - Thursday. 2nd shift: 3:00 pm - 1:00 am, Monday - Thursday. (Shift premium added for 2nd shift) The Position This position is responsible for assisting with the production, handling, inspection and movement of materials and finished products while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Successful candidates will have the following:
- Enjoy physical work (able to lift up up to 50 lbs)
- Pay attention to small details
- Can identify problems and come up with solutions
- Are good at working on a team and as well as by yourself
- Committed to safety
- Strong work ethic
