Job Full Description Express Employment Professionals in Lawrence, Kansas are seeking a Maintenance Technician for a great local hotel. Hours will be Monday- Friday 8a-4p, and Weekends 9a-5p, days off will vary. The maintenance technician will be responsible for all aspects of property maintenance as well as the upkeep of the properties appearance. Some tasks may include unclogging drains, fixing water leaks, installing blinds, and minor appliance errors. This person will also be responsible for getting units ready; this includes painting and any repairs that may be needed.
