Our Company: SpecialtyRx is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long term care facilities and assisted living communities. SpecialtyRx takes pride in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services.

Responsibilities

• Clarifications and Facility Call Check-Ins
• Out-of-Stock/Not Available Calls
• Back-Up Pharmacy and Script Transfers
• Verbal Phone Requests and Refills
• Communication with Billing Department
• Reports Proof of Delivery (POD) Management

Qualifications

• Active OH Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician Licensed
• Previous experience in pharmacy
• LTC pharmacy experience preferred
• Knowledge of brand name and generic medications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Moderate to advanced computer skills required
• Great telephone etiquette a must
• Frameworks / ECM knowledge a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to train on first shift 8am-4:30pm
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time

All Shifts: Monday- Friday and Every Other Weekend

• 6pm-2:30pm
• 10pm-6:30am
