OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Schaumburg, IL by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

Operate long-haul dry-van freight for HMD Trucking from Schaumburg, IL, using late-model trucks equipped with sleepers, APUs and inverters. The role delivers consistent national miles supported by responsive dispatch and in-house maintenance.

Your Responsibilities:

• Safely operate an OTR CDL-A tractor and complete timely deliveries.
• Keep thorough logs, paperwork and adhere to federal and state regulations.
• Perform routine inspections and report service needs promptly.

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL-A and a minimum of 12 months verifiable driving experience.
• Strong safety record, professionalism and attention to vehicle care.
