Responsibilities: -
• Sr-sys admin / expert who knows - CCA and TCS systems
• product administration
• CCA environment upgrades
• Hotfixes, Batch jobs,TCS and Letters support
• custom code/packages, UI, PROD support and troubleshooting.
• Documentation and training the rest of the team including offshore team members
