PRN Certified Nursing Assistant

We're hiring PRN Certified Nursing Assistants to provide in-home care across the Fredericksburg region. You'll be visiting clients in their homes helping with the day-to-day work that keeps people safe, comfortable, and living independently on a schedule you build around your life. This role is a good fit for CNAs who want meaningful one-on-one client time without committing to full-time hours.

Pick up shifts based on your availability you tell us when you're free, we route clients your way

Assist clients with daily living activities bathing, dressing, grooming

Help with mobility, transfers, and ambulation

Provide companionship and emotional support

Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation

Monitor and report changes in client condition to our clinical team

Follow individualized care plans set by the supervising RN

Active Virginia CNA license

1+ year of CNA experience

Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused

Strong communication skills

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Competitive hourly pay

W-2 status, not 1099 taxes handled, workers' comp included

Supportive clinical and administrative team

Based out of our Fredericksburg office, we cover Fredericksburg and surrounding communities Stafford, Spotsylvania, King George, Woodbridge, Dumfries, Culpeper, Warrenton, and Orange. You'll generally work the area closest to where you live.
