A Schedule That Gives You More Weekday Freedo m Three 12-hour shifts per week, including every Saturday and Sunday plus one weekday This schedule is ideal for nurses who love having weekdays free for appointments, family time, or personal priorities. With only one weekday shift and two weekend shifts, you'll enjoy a predictable rhythm and four days off every week, giving you more balance and flexibility than a traditional Monday–Friday role.
