We're Hiring: Sales Engineer & Application Specialist — Germany (Remote) ARES PHE is a global manufacturer of gasketed plate heat exchangers, offering a wide product range from DN32 to DN500 in stainless steel, titanium, and high-nickel alloys. Serving customers from the Americas to Southeast Asia, we combine deep application expertise with dedicated technical support to deliver reliable thermal solutions across HVAC, process, energy, and industrial markets. This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Engineer & Application Specialist based in Germany, serving the local market. The position combines commercial and technical responsibilities — developing and executing sales strategies, managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, supporting customers with application engineering and PHE selection, responding to technical inquiries, and delivering product training to clients and partners. The role works closely with our headquarters team to align on quotations, project execution, and market development. Key Responsibilities Drive sales growth and market share in Germany Provide application engineering support, including thermal/hydraulic sizing and product selection Manage key accounts and develop new customer relationships Deliver technical training and product presentations to clients Collaborate with internal engineering, production, and customer service teams Represent ARES PHE at trade fairs and industry events Report on market trends, pipeline, and competitive activity Qualifications Proven sales experience with plate heat exchangers (mandatory) Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills Ability to interpret technical specifications and support customers with PHE sizing Self‑motivated, well‑organized, and capable of working independently in a remote setup Comfortable with CRM tools and digital collaboration platforms Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering preferred Fluent in German and English What We Offer Competitive base salary plus performance‑based incentives Fully remote home‑office setup A growing, internationally minded company with a strong technical product portfolio Direct access to our factory and engineering teams for fast project response #J-18808-Ljbffr ARES PHE
