As an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will manage badge access, monitor entry points, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $14.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location by verifying credentials, authorizing entry according to site procedures, and documenting visitor and contractor activity. Operate access control systems, maintain accurate entry records, and report access irregularities or equipment concerns to site leadership. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, production areas, parking locations, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Minimum Requirements: Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
