Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is for a full-time pharmacist position at a retail/outpatient pharmacy located conveniently near a medical building in Bridgeport, West Virginia. The role is temp-to-perm, offering a pathway to a permanent position for the right candidate.
Location: Bridgeport, West Virginia
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Assignment Type: Full-time, temp-to-perm
Responsibilities:
- Verify prescriptions for accuracy and patient safety
- Provide thorough patient counseling on medication usage
- Support daily operations within a retail/outpatient pharmacy setting
- Maintain compliance with all pharmacy laws, regulations, and internal procedures
Qualifications:
- Active West Virginia pharmacist license in good standing
- Experience working in retail or outpatient pharmacy environments preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a patient-focused approach
- Commitment to a long-term, permanent role
- Availability to work the specified weekday schedule
