Responsibilities The Assistant EHS Manager is responsible for integrating environmental health & safety services into business practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements on their assigned project. The role is project-based and includes oversight of EHS responsibilities, direct interaction with EHS staff, superintendents, project managers, project executives, and regional EHS directors. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in construction management, safety management, engineering, or equivalent, or relevant safety experience Strong written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint 3+ years experience in a role focused on identifying safety hazards and recommending controls 3+ years experience in a safety role that required communication with employees at all levels in a construction environment Benefits and Compensation Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, along with expert guidance and tools to support physical, financial, and emotional well‑being.
