Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time LTC Therapy Services at Lowell Lowell, MA $42–$46/hour Join LTC Therapy Services in Lowell as an Occupational Therapist (OT) and help residents regain the skills and confidence needed for everyday life. You'll work within a collaborative rehabilitation environment focused on individualized care and meaningful functional outcomes. Position Responsibilities Complete occupational therapy evaluations and establish individualized plans of care Provide skilled treatment focused on activities of daily living, strength, coordination, cognition, safety, and functional performance Assess resident progress and modify treatment plans when clinically appropriate Recommend adaptive equipment and strategies to promote greater independence Educate residents, families, and caregivers throughout the rehabilitation process Partner with PT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team Maintain timely and accurate documentation Qualifications Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license required Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is a plus New graduates are welcome to apply Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and holiday pay Continuing education opportunities Professional development and career growth Collaborative, team-oriented work environment Direct Hire.
