Radiology Department Opportunity

This is a fast-paced pre/post interventional radiology department in a level 1 Trauma center. We cater to inpatient and outpatient populations across the lifespan. Nurses work within a multidisciplinary team and are responsible for the pre-procedural preparation of patients and post procedural recovery and overnight observation care. Experience with GI post procedural care is preferred but not required.

We specialize in providing care for patients undergoing CT scans, MRI's, Nuclear Medicine scans, X-ray and ultrasound. Good communication skills, as well as the ability to critically think are essential. If you are team oriented, enthusiastic, flexible and organized, come join our team! Medical/Surgical and telemetry experience preferred.

Care of post procedure IR patients in a boarding area. No IR experience required.

Job Requirements:

• 2 years' experience in Med Surg
• Telemetry Experience Required
• New York RN license (ONLY)

Certifications:

• BLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
• ACLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
