La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham New Cumberland-Harrisburg is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Room Attendants to help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every guest. Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to brand standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize assigned areas.
• Report maintenance issues and damaged items promptly.
• Ensure rooms are guest-ready while maintaining high cleanliness and quality standards.
• Follow all hotel safety procedures and sanitation guidelines.
• Respond courteously to guest requests and work collaboratively with the housekeeping team.

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to stand, bend, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable attendance and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
