Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with 10 15 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in AI and machine learning engineering, demonstrating a proven track record of developing and deploying innovative AI solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, data processing, and model optimization, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high quality input for machine learning models.
Optimize and fine tune models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.
Document processes, methodologies, and results to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of best practices in AI/ML engineering.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong expertise in AI/ML engineering, including experience with supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with a focus on AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit learn).
Experience with data manipulation and analysis using tools like Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
Solid understanding of model evaluation metrics and techniques for model validation.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and techniques.
Experience in natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision.
Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and data engineering practices.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10 15 years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering or a related field.
Proven track record of successful AI/ML project delivery.
