Contract | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts | Every Other Weekend with Rotation as Needed | 72 Guaranteed Hours Biweekly

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting during night shift hours
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients across varying acuity levels
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure timely and effective patient treatment
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments and interventions
• Adhere to facility protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements throughout all shifts

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Current ACLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• ASAP start availability required
• Must not be a local candidate; travel nurses only

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• Experience in high-volume or Level I/II trauma Emergency Room environments
