We are hiring a Sales Brand Ambassador to represent our clients inside retail locations. This is a face-to-face sales and marketing position focused on customer engagement, brand awareness, and driving new customer acquisitions in a retail environment.

Position Overview

As a Sales Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of the brand inside a retail setting. You will engage with customers, introduce products and services, and guide them through the enrollment process. This role combines sales, marketing, retail, and customer service into one fast-paced, people-focused opportunity.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Interact with customers inside retail store locations
• Promote products and services through engaging, face-to-face conversations
• Build brand awareness by creating a positive and memorable customer experience
• Educate customers on current promotions, packages, and service options
• Generate new customer acquisitions and assist with account setup
• Maintain a strong understanding of products, services, and marketing campaigns
• Help manage in-store displays and promotional setups
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets
• Work closely with team members and leadership to drive overall performance
• Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and confidence

Compensation & Benefits

• W2 direct hire position
• Base pay plus commission and weekly performance bonuses
• Average yearly earnings: $50k-60k
• Weekly pay structure
