Location: Lewiston, ID
Pay: $24.00-$25.00/HR (Concrete & Hardscape)
Schedule: 6:30 AM-3:30 PM (Must be flexible to work 10-11 hour days)

Hardscaping & Concrete Labor Opportunity


We are hiring hardworking Concrete Laborers to join a team specializing in commercial and residential landscaping, landscape installation, irrigation systems, hardscaping, and concrete construction. This is an excellent opportunity for experience candidates who enjoy working outdoors and want to build a career in landscaping and construction.


If you have experience with concrete work, hardscapes, construction, excavation, or outdoor construction projects, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, blowing, and pruning
• Assist with or complete landscape installations (sod, hydroseed, plants, lighting, fencing)
• Support concrete and hardscape projects (excavation, grading, forming, pouring, finishing)
• Work on projects like retaining walls, pavers, patios, and outdoor living spaces
• Load, move, and organize materials; perform heavy labor tasks
• Maintain a clean and safe job site (no smoking on sites)
• Work as part of a crew to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid driver's license with clean MVR required
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to perform physical labor for full shifts
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Preferred Experience (Varies by Pay Level)

• Concrete construction
• Excavation and grading
• Forming, pouring, and finishing concrete
• Hardscape installation
