Schedule/Hours:

• 12-hour day shifts, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Three 12-hour on-call shifts required per month
• Primarily weekend-based position
• Holiday coverage required along with monthly on-call responsibilities
• No floating to other departments

Qualifications:

• Proficient in both CT and X-Ray imaging modalities
• Current certification and registration as a CT Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
• Active and valid state licensure for radiologic technology
• Recent experience operating CT and X-Ray equipment in a clinical setting
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with clinical teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT and X-Ray imaging procedures as ordered by physicians
• Prepare patients for scans, explaining processes and ensuring comfort
• Accurately position patients and set technical factors for optimal image quality
• Maintain and calibrate equipment, adhering to safety and infection prevention protocols
• Demonstrate attention to detail through thorough documentation and timely reporting of results
• Provide support during holiday shifts and scheduled on-call periods, responding promptly to urgent imaging needs
