This role offers the opportunity to support multi-disciplinary engineering projects from schematic design through construction closeout and work closely with structural engineers. Youll work under the guidance of our Structural Team Leader, collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Goals & Responsibilities

This position includes, but is not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 3D models and construction documents using Revit
• Collaborate closely witharchitects and engineers to develop design concepts
• Coordinate structural design witharchitectural, MEP, and civil teams
• Support construction administration by reviewing shop drawings and RFIs
• Work with project managers to meetdeadlines and deliverable expectations
• Participate in internal and external project meetings
• Ensure adherence tocompany standards in drafting and design practices

Qualifications & Skills

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following education, experience, and abilities:

• 3+ years of experience in structural drafting/design with an Associates degree, or 5+ years of industry experience
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Bluebeam Revu
• Experience with commercial building design incorporating concrete, masonry, wood, foundations, and steel detailing
• Strongproblem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills
• Exceptionalattention to detail and accuracy in design work
• Excellentcommunication skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
