**Certified Nursing Assistant Home Health Aid**

**Job Summary:**

BrightCare HomeCare is seeking a compassionate and skilled **Certified Nursing Assistant Home Health Aid** to join our team of dedicated professionals in providing exceptional home care services to individuals in need. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care in the comfort of our clients' homes, promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being.

**About the Role:**

As a **Certified Nursing Assistant Home Health Aid**, you will:

* Provide personalized care services to clients in the comfort of their own homes, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), personal care, and homemaking tasks
* Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions to registered nurses and other healthcare professionals
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care services and progress
* Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and their families

**Responsibilities:**

* Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to clients
* Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary care team
* Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional boundaries
* Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry best practices

**Requirements:**

* Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Louisiana
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous experience in home health care or a related field (n/a)
* Level of education (n/a)
