General Manager – New Restaurant Opening | Alpharetta, GA

We are looking for an experienced and energetic General Manager to lead the opening of an exciting new upscale dining concept in Alpharetta, GA. This is a rare opportunity to join a growing company from the ground floor and build a high-performing team in one of the hottest restaurant markets in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, thrives in high-volume environments, and knows how to create an exceptional guest experience while developing and inspiring their team.

This General Manager role in Alpharetta, GA offers a strong culture, excellent support, and the opportunity to truly make an impact with a new restaurant opening in Alpharetta, GA. Candidates should have experience leading upscale casual or polished dining restaurants with strong bar programs, scratch kitchens, and high sales volumes. We are seeking a hands-on leader who is driven, organized, and excited to help launch a premier dining destination in Alpharetta, GA.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $80,000–$100,000

Responsibilities

Oversee all daily restaurant operations
Hire, train, and develop FOH & BOH teams
Drive guest satisfaction and community presence
Manage P&L, labor, and food cost controls
Lead opening and ongoing operational execution
Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and culture
Build and mentor a strong leadership team

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a General Manager
High-volume restaurant leadership background
Strong bar and upscale dining experience preferred
Scratch kitchen experience is a plus
Proven leadership and team development skills
Stable work history and passion for hospitality
