Field Service Technician

Position: Field Service Technician
Location: US – Remote (Atlanta, GA or Macon, GA)

Hours of work: Mondays - Fridays, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40 Hrs / Wk - Full time position with overtime. Some weekend work required .

Implementation of customer required on-site field services with guidance related to CCC activated carbon product , equipment, and service offerings. Part of CCC’s customer support and service value proposition by contractual obligation. This is an intermediate level Field Technician position

Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to)

• Performing carbon exchanges at customer sites
• Perform minor maintenance on Calgon Carbon equipment
• Record keeping - Accurately complete project reports, expense reports and time sheets

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
• DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (Candidate must successfully obtain during the pre-employment physical) is required
• Driver's License (Class A preferrable) is required
• OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER (Candidate must be successfully completed within 3-months of hire date) is required
• TWIC - Transportation Work Identification Credential (Candidate must successfully obtain within 3-months of hire date) is required
• 0-2 years experience in a mechanical or hands-on industry is required
• Automotive engine maintenance and repair is preferred
• Industrial Vacuum Operation is preferred
• Work at Industrial Facility is preferred
