Concierge | PRN - 2 Set Days/Week + Extra Shifts as Needed

What You’ll Be Up To: Master the phones – Answer calls, take messages, and connect people like a pro. Roll out the welcome mat – Greet visitors, sign them in, and make them feel right at home. Be a human GPS – Help residents, guests, and vendors find their way around. Sort and deliver mail – Because getting the right letter to the right person is an art! Tackle office tasks – Type up memos, update directories, and keep things running smoothly. Stay on top of reservations – Schedule events, book guest apartments, and keep the calendar in check. Keep things organized – Maintain records, directories, and even birthday lists (so no one misses a celebration!). Share the inside scoop – Provide brochures and info to anyone curious about the community. Be ready for anything – Handle emergency calls, monitor security, and keep an eye on things during rounds. Manage work orders – Make sure maintenance requests get where they need to go. Keep the office stocked and running – No one likes a missing stapler or a jammed printer!
