New Start Pest Control Technician

East Hillsborough - West Polk County / Full-Time /  No Nights or Weekends

At Anti-Pesto Bug Killers, we don’t just treat pests, we protect homes, businesses, and reputations.

We’re looking for a reliable, self-managed technician who can handle a route, communicate with customers, and consistently deliver quality work.

This is not a role where you’re micromanaged. You’ll be trusted to manage your schedule, complete services correctly, and represent the company professionally.

If you’ve struggled with consistency, accountability, or working independently, this won’t be the right fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform inspections and identify pest activity
• You will be the face of Anti-Pesto and first point of visual contact
• Perform New Start Cleanouts 
• Apply treatments safely and effectively
• Manage a partial service route and stay on schedule
• Communicate clearly with customers about services and expectations
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Keep your vehicle, equipment, and materials organized

• You prefer independence over being micromanaged
• You enjoy being outside, in Florida, in the summer
• You want a stable, long-term position with growth potential

Requirements

• 12+ months route work experience preferred (or a strong, verifiable work history)
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Compensation & Benefits

• $47,000 – $53,000+ (based on performance)
