Why Boland:Named "Best Place to Work" by Washington Business Journal 19 timesIndustry leader in advanced HVAC technologyStrong culture of training, growth, and support  HVAC Service Engineer: Responsible for providing accurate and timely service of HVAC equipment. Job Type: Full-timeWorkplace Type: RemoteOffice Location: Work within a geography, DMV areaFLSA Status: Non-Exempt Status: Union  What you will do:To provide accurate and timely service of HVAC equipment as directedPerform general maintenance of HVAC systemsTroubleshoot / repair / maintain HVAC systemsMaintain skill levels as requiredProvide Service Operations with daily time and service ticketsOther duties as assigned What we're looking for:Completion of 5-year apprenticeship program or equivalent combination of experience and educationValid driver's license and excellent driving record requiredMust have a minimum one Journeyman license within MD, DC, or VA.
