Cripe is where you want to be. Overview Cripe is seeking a motivated individual with a background in accounting to serve as a Project Accounting Coordinator . This position reports to the Finance Operations Manager and will work closely with multiple Project Managers to support and emphasize project financial health and compliance. Crip is a client- and project-focused, multidisciplinary Employee‑Owned design firm specializing in Architecture, Civil Engineering, and Surveying in Indianapolis and Kentucky. This position will facilitate the financial well‑being of two of our four departments, Architecture and Engineering, from start to finish. The Project Accounting Coordinator position requires a hands‑on team player that enjoys a varied set of duties in their day‑to‑day. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Contract management/tracking for Subconsultants and Clients Work closely with Project Managers regarding budget maintenance Project set ups, per contract terms Reconcile subconsultant statements and resolve discrepancies Process subconsultant invoices, ensuring proper coding and authorization Input company backlog information and process monthly backlog report Process Invoices for Engineering and Architecture Tracking of Aged Receivables Process AIA docs as needed Special accounting projects and tasks, as needed Location Indianapolis Job Type Full‑Time, Exempt #J-18808-Ljbffr Paul I Cripe Inc
