Competitive compensation of $26-$34/hr PLUS productivity bonus , which can add up to $6.87/hr ON TOP of your base rate! Qualifications Physical Therapist Assistant with a strong drive to serve others, learn, and grow! Our ideal candidate shows a strong emphasis on excellent patient care, quality, efficiency, and outcomes. A self-starter who has a strong work ethic and is team-oriented in nature. Excellent communication and people skills. Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program. Current state of Texas license (or soon to have if relocating) with CPR certification.
