The Hoodoo Moab is looking for an energetic and service-minded Guest Services Bell Attendant to join our hospitality team.Nestled in the heart of Moab, The Hoodoo blends modern comfort with the adventure and beauty of Utah's red rock country. We take pride in delivering personalized service and creating exceptional stays for every guest who walks through our doors. What You'll Do As a Guest Services Bell Attendant, you'll be one of the first team members our guests meet. Your role is essential in creating a warm welcome and ensuring visitors enjoy a smooth, comfortable stay from arrival to departure.Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Assisting with luggage during arrivals and departures
• Escorting guests to their accommodations and providing hotel information
• Sharing knowledge about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Responding quickly to guest requests and service needs
• Supporting front desk and concierge operations when needed
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and entrance area

What We're Looking For Successful candidates are personable, dependable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and commitment to excellent guest service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the property
• Ability to safely lift and transport luggage weighing up to 50 pounds
• Professional appearance and reliable attendance
• Previous hospitality, tourism, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
