NetSuite Administrator

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of NetSuite functionality, manufacturing operations, inventory management, and business process optimization. The NetSuite Administrator will work closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Production, Customer Service, and Executive Leadership to ensure the ERP system effectively supports business objectives and operational efficiency. Responsibilities NetSuite System Administration Serve as the primary administrator for the NetSuite ERP platform. Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, workflows, dashboards, and system configurations. Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity across all modules. Maintain NetSuite environments, including testing, sandbox management, and deployment of enhancements. Manage NetSuite releases and assess the impact of new functionality. Manufacturing & Operations Support Support manufacturing-related processes within NetSuite, including: Bill of Materials (BOMs) Work Orders Production Scheduling Inventory Management Purchasing and Procurement Warehouse Operations Partner with operations and supply chain teams to improve efficiency and data accuracy. Assist in troubleshooting production, inventory, and order fulfillment issues within NetSuite. Reporting & Analytics Develop and maintain saved searches, KPIs, dashboards, reports, and analytics. Provide actionable business insights to leadership and department managers. Support financial, operational, and inventory reporting requirements. Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting processes. User Support & Training Act as the primary point of contact for NetSuite support requests. Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with external consultants when necessary. Create user documentation, process guides, and training materials. Conduct training sessions for new and existing users. Promote best practices and user adoption across the organization. Process Improvement & Optimization Analyze business processes and recommend NetSuite solutions to improve efficiency and scalability. Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into system enhancements. Configure and maintain workflows, custom fields, forms, and automation tools. Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes and improve reporting capabilities. Data Management & Integrations Ensure accuracy and consistency of master data, including customers, vendors, inventory items, BOMs, and pricing. Support data imports, exports, and migration activities. Monitor and troubleshoot integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications. Collaborate with vendors and technical partners on integration enhancements and issue resolution. Compliance & Audit Support Maintain proper system controls, security settings, and audit trails. Support internal and external audit requests related to ERP data and processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
