We provide training and career advancement opportunities.Essential functions and responsibilities include loading/unloading supplies/equipment into and from vehicles, driving and operating a company van equipped with cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies to the work site, assisting in placing air movers and dehumidifiers in proper room locations to remove moisture from carpet, upholstery, and air, performing basic demo tasks—cutting drywall, removing baseboards, and various flooring material, sprays fungicide and other materials, providing exceptional customer service, treating property and contents with respect and care, bringing any issues or customer concerns to the job leader, following proper safety practices, wearing personal protective equipment as appropriate, maintaining clean and organized vehicle, equipment, and job site, evaluating client properties to determine indoor environmental issues and formulating solutions.Advanced estimating skills, Level 3 Xactimate Certification, ability to check remediation work, consult Technicians and apply IICRC S520 Standard to remediation situations, ability to check remediation work, consult Technicians and apply IICRC S500 Standard to water mitigation standards, clear understanding of GHS protocol, products, techniques and overall vision of GHS of Central WA, impeccable communication and follow up ability with Clients, ability to teach GHS/IICRC protocol, standards and vision to new Inspectors and Technicians, performing commercial and industrial IEP consultations, ACAC Accreditation Required- CIEC, ACAC Accreditation Required- CMI, IICRC WRT Certification, IICRC AMRT Certification, IICRC Fire Restoration Certification, Thermography Certification (Min Level 3), Home Energy Audit Certification, GHS Certification Required (Refresher and update-Yearly), Advanced Building Science Knowledge (28 Hours CE through Kaplan or Contractor education yearly beginning at initial CIE cert.), InterNACHI.Moisture Course, Mold Course, Advanced Mold Course, Indoor Air Quality Course, Infrared Thermography Course, Home Energy Audit Certification, GHS Certification Required (Refresher and update-Yearly), Advanced Building Science Knowledge (28 Hours CE through Kaplan or Contractor education yearly beginning at initial CIE cert.), InterNACHI.Minimum required qualifications include high school education, or equivalent, valid driver's license with clean MVR and access to dependable transportation, ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs., carry equipment up/downstairs, strong interpersonal, verbal skills, professional manner and team oriented.Green Home Solutions is a company dedicated to improving indoor air quality.
