Descripción del Puesto Fashion Nova Logistics está buscando Asociados de Almacén – Reabastecimiento (Replenishment) responsables y orientados al detalle para unirse a nuestro dinámico centro de distribución. En este puesto, serás responsable de reabastecer el inventario para garantizar que los productos estén disponibles para el surtido de pedidos, manteniendo altos estándares de precisión, productividad y seguridad. El candidato ideal se desempeña con éxito en un entorno de almacén de alto volumen, presta gran atención a los detalles y está comprometido con mantener un flujo eficiente de inventario mediante el trabajo en equipo, la precisión y la productividad. Responsabilidades Principales Reabastecer las ubicaciones de inventario para garantizar la disponibilidad de productos para el surtido y cumplimiento de pedidos. Utilizar escáneres RF, dispositivos Android y sistemas de gestión de almacén para mover y reabastecer inventario con precisión. Transportar y colocar mercancía en las ubicaciones asignadas, manteniendo la exactitud del inventario. Verificar cantidades, ubicaciones e información de los productos antes del reabastecimiento. Inspeccionar el equipo de reabastecimiento y reportar cualquier daño o condición insegura al liderazgo. Etiquetar y organizar el inventario para facilitar su rastreo y recuperación. Cumplir con los objetivos diarios de productividad, calidad y precisión. Mantener las áreas de trabajo limpias, organizadas y seguras, apoyando las iniciativas 5S. Cumplir con todas las políticas de seguridad, procedimientos operativos y lineamientos del almacén. Trabajar en colaboración con supervisores y compañeros para cumplir los objetivos diarios de la operación. Apoyar en otras actividades del almacén según sea necesario. Tener disponibilidad para trabajar horarios flexibles, incluidos fines de semana, días festivos y tiempo extra, de acuerdo con las necesidades del negocio. Experiencia previa en almacén, centro de distribución, logística o cumplimiento de pedidos (preferida). Experiencia utilizando escáneres RF o sistemas de gestión de almacén es una ventaja. Gran atención al detalle y compromiso con la precisión del inventario. Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente manteniendo altos niveles de productividad en un entorno dinámico. Buenas habilidades de comunicación, trabajo en equipo y resolución de problemas. Capacidad para adaptarse rápidamente a las necesidades cambiantes del negocio. Permanecer de pie y caminar durante turnos de hasta 12 horas. Levantar, cargar, empujar y jalar frecuentemente hasta 50 libras. Agacharse, inclinarse, ponerse en cuclillas, girar, estirarse y realizar movimientos repetitivos de manera frecuente. Trabajar en un ambiente de almacén con temperaturas variables, maquinaria en movimiento y niveles moderados a altos de ruido. Utilizar el equipo de protección personal (PPE) requerido y cumplir con todas las normas de seguridad de la empresa.
