HVAC Technician( Locals Only) - 100 % Onsite Role

This is a direct banking client requirement. Long‑term ongoing with no end date. Compensation $45/hr on W2. This is the targeted compensation range for this role per hour. Please note that this range is provided as a guideline and the final offer will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skillset and competencies, level of experience, education, certifications, and location. Certificates/licenses must be confirmed and included with submission. Job Description Demonstrates thorough knowledge, skill and successful performance of job functions in the mechanical field, including plumbing and HVAC. Manages and oversees mechanical operations. Strong technical experience in mechanical system maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration. Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across a range of mechanical systems. Knowledgeable on state and local mechanical codes. Candidate Profile Master license preferred, but Journeyman accepted. Prefer minimum 5 years commercial mechanical experience. Strong troubleshooting skills with a safety‑first mindset. Ability to commit long‑term (building knowledge takes ~3 years). We are an equal opportunity employer.
