responsibilities:

• Lead hands-on MEP design (HVAC-focused) across commercial and mission-critical projects, including data centers

• Produce and review Revit-based design and construction documents (not just oversight)

• Support projects from concept through construction, staying closely tied to field execution

• Provide technical mentorship and training to junior engineers, especially in Revit and design workflows

• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and field personnel to ensure design accuracy and constructability

Requirements

• 8+ years of MEP/HVAC design experience on large-scale commercial or mission-critical projects (data centers preferred)

• Strong proficiency in Revit and hands-on drafting/design (must be willing to actively produce drawings)

• Active PE license is required

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)

• Proven ability to mentor and develop junior engineers while remaining technically hands-on
