Part-time Receptionist
Job Summary:

Join the Autumnwood Care Center team as a part-time Receptionist and play a vital role in providing exceptional front-desk support to our residents, families, and staff. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere, handling administrative tasks, and providing top-notch customer service. Responsibilities:

• Greet residents, families, and staff with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
• Answer and direct phone calls, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Manage and maintain accurate records, including communication logs, visitor registrations, and facility events
• Provide administrative support to our facility teams, including scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and performing other clerical tasks
• Assist with special projects and events, such as open houses, community activities, and resident services
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines, handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
