We are seeking a licensed, organized, and client-focused Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis (2 to 3 days per week max). In this role, you will focus entirely on account management, administrative support, and policy retention. This position features zero cold-calling pressure and no aggressive sales quotas. Responsibilities

• Manage a part-time schedule of 2 to 3 fixed days per week during standard business hours.
• Process daily policy administration tasks, including endorsements, certificates of insurance, reinstatements, and coverage adjustments.
• Answer inbound client inquiries regarding billing statements, payment scheduling, and premium changes with clarity and professionalism.
• Proactively manage account retention by tracking pending cancellations for non-payment and reaching out to clients to help save their coverage before a lapse occurs.
• Identify organic cross-sell and up-sell opportunities during routine service interactions and pass those warm leads cleanly to our full-time production team.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and detailed activity notes within our internal agency management systems.

Requirements

• Active Property Casualty (PC) License is required.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred and qualifies for our top-tier hourly base salary bracket.
• Proven experience in a customer service, account management, or administrative role within an insurance agency.
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills with a patient, customer-first approach.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy when navigating insurance carrier portals and internal databases.
• Ability to work independently and manage a structured, high-activity daily task queue.
