Staff ML Engineer: Enterprise AI & Self-Improving Systems
Rippling
Rippling is hiring a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to own the end-to-end ML lifecycle, from problem formulation to deployment. You will lead ML initiatives across the AI org, shaping models, evaluation, and production systems that power Rippling's AI surfaces. You will design novel architectures (fine-tuned LLMs, RAG, multi-agent orchestration), build evaluation infrastructure, and mentor engineers.
