What You'll Do: Assist students academically, behaviorally, and socially within classrooms Provide 1:1 or small-group support tailored to diverse learning needs Help facilitate classroom routines, transitions, and full participation Implement behavior support plans and adhere to IEPs when necessary Aid with mobility, supervision, and personal care responsibilities Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive school atmosphere High school diploma or GED At least 18 years old Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed Ability to secure all required clearances before starting Preferred Background: Experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care Skill in supporting students with autism, behavioral challenges, or special needs Exposure to CPI, PMT, or RBT techniques is helpful but not required Reliability, patience, and readiness to collaborate in a team environment As part of this supportive community, you’ll enjoy weekly pay, the freedom to accept assignments as they fit your schedule, real-time communication support, and opportunities to advance within school-based roles.
