The company has over 100 residential projects. Responsibilities Comply with company rules and regulations. Follow instructions from the Site Manager and designated Maintenance Coordinator. Maintain and repair the exterior and interior of the property, including systems, fixtures, heating, AC, plumbing, electrical, windows, tiles, floors, walls, and doors. Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy in a timely manner. Paint apartments as scheduled. Maintain grounds, lawn equipment, and preventive maintenance program. Organize maintenance shop and inventory equipment. Be on‑call for emergency weekend service calls when necessary. Benefits The position offers free health and dental insurance.
