Job Description Position: OB/Gyn Laborist Physician Location: Martinsburg, WV Responsibilities Practice in Obstetrics and Gynecology as a Laborist. Qualifications MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent. Eligibility to obtain a state medical license. Completed an OB/Gyn Residency program. Board certified or eligible in Obstetrics/Gynecology. All qualifications must be met at the time of appointment. Additional Information Our OB/Gyn providers offer a full spectrum of women's health services, from adolescence through menopause. Our hospital has an annual volume of 1,100 deliveries, utilizing a mixed model of MDAs, CRNAs, and midwives with delivery privileges. Berkeley Medical Center is a 195-bed non-profit hospital offering comprehensive radiology, wound care, NICU, ICU, oncology, neurosurgery, and cardiac services, including recent expansions in OR capabilities. Community & Location The Eastern Panhandle, just over an hour from Washington, D.C. and Baltimore, MD, offers a rural atmosphere with a lower cost of living and easy access to major cities.
