Job Description Product Manager — Protections Team – Identify and prioritize the biggest opportunities to better serve our customers and grow the business. Partner closely with leadership and marketing to align priorities and ensure the team consistently works on the highest‑impact opportunities. Own and shape the roadmap across multiple areas, blending discovery and execution to turn opportunities into meaningful results. Responsibilities This role blends discovery and execution: understand customers, test ideas, and translate winning opportunities into measurable business results. Qualifications 3+ years of experience owning product strategy and roadmaps across multiple products or business lines. Strong prioritization skills, balancing competing demands with data, judgment, and business context. Proven ability to thrive in cross‑functional environments and align stakeholders across product, marketing, and leadership. Curiosity and proactive interest in leveraging AI to improve team workflows and reduce low‑value work. Collaborative, candid, and solutions‑oriented approach to team dynamics and ambiguity. Success Metrics Consistently identify and validate the biggest opportunities to serve customers and grow the business. Alignment between leadership and marketing on priorities, with the team focused on the right work. Clear, measurable progress for the business resulting from work led, beyond shipped features.
