Senior Procurement Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Roseville, CA, for a Senior Procurement Manager. The Senior Procurement Manager will oversee procurement processes, manage supplier relationships, conduct supplier evaluations, lead contract negotiations, supervise the purchasing of goods and services, and ensure adherence to budget and quality standards. The role involves analyzing procurement data, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational policies, and optimizing supply chain strategies to support operational efficiency.

• Proven experience in Procurement and Supplier Evaluation
• Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management
• Advanced Analytical Skills to evaluate purchasing options and optimize processes
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Robust communication and team collaboration skills
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in procurement
• Experience with wastewater treatment or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field preferred
