Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech and Communication Disorders
- Current and valid CDE licensure
- Certified Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CF-SLP) status
- Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and support to K-5 students with a range of abilities and speech-language needs
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments, develop targeted interventions, and monitor student progress
- Maintain detailed documentation and compliance in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student communication and participation
This role begins on August 3, 2026, and continues through May 28, 2027, with a consistent 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Supported by a collaborative school team, you’ll have the opportunity to make meaningful connections and achieve professional growth.
