Apartment Leasing Professional

Essential Staffing Solutions (ESS)is seeking  seasoned Apartment Leasing Professionals with  verified multifamily leasing experience . This opportunity is  exclusively for candidates with prior apartment leasing backgrounds who are interested in  temporary or temp-to-hire assignments within professionally managed apartment communities.

This role is ideal for confident, customer-focused leasing professionals who can step in immediately and add value in a fast-paced, resident-driven environment.

Job Duties

• Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the features and benefits of the community
• Guide prospective residents through the application and leasing process
• Process lease agreements, renewals, and move-in documentation
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Accurately handle deposits and rent payments
• Maintain accurate records and assist with leasing reports
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents

Job Qualifications

• Minimum 1  year of apartment leasing experience (on-site multifamily required)
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
• Hands-on experience with  Yardi, OneSite, or comparable property management software
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to tour properties, including walking and stair climbing
• Availability to work weekends as needed
