Existing Team Drivers Job Overview

• Up to $100,000 per driver. Teams earn $0.52-$0.74CPM, based on verified experience, with pay structures designed to reward consistency and professionalism.
• Miles that keep both seats paid. Teams average 5,500 miles per week, with top teams running up to 6,500 miles, keeping trucks moving and paychecks strong.
• $8,000 sign-on bonus opportunity. Qualifying teams can earn an $8,000 sign-on bonus when running dedicated team freight. (California drivers not eligible.)
• Dedicated lanes, predictable freight. Run dry van team lanes designed to support reliable weekly income and long-term stability.
• Home time that fits your rhythm. Enjoy weekly or bi-weekly home time, depending on location, without sacrificing miles.

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• California: Minimum of 3 months teaming together
• Other states: At least 3 months experience preferred
