Junior IT Team Member

Job Description Job Description What we are looking for: The Firm is seeking to hire a Level 2 tech, with at least 5 years’ experience. The candidate will need to have primarily been working in a Microsoft environment doing desktop support. The candidate must be comfortable working in Windows 11 and Office 365. Experience with the Microsoft admin portal is helpful. This position will require providing support for multiple applications used at the Firm, so prior experience in a similar environment is required. The candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate will interact regularly with staff, associates and shareholders of the Firm performing desktop support and other back-office IT support functions. Prior experience with a law firm is a plus, but not required. Additional Duties May Include: Provide support for laptops, iPads, scanners, copiers, printers, network equipment, telephones, Audio/Visual Equipment and other technology used to conduct business. Support for VPN Remote Users. Support for Firm specific Time and Accounting Software. Support calls and supply management for Copiers and Printers. Responsible for investigating and releasing quarantined email messages; Maintain block/allow lists. Upkeep of extensive asset I.T. inventory for both hardware and software; Recycled IT waste as needed. The position offers full benefits and paid vacation time.
