ICU RN Opportunity in Ozark, AL

Compassionate ICU RN needed to deliver high-acuity, lifesaving care in a critical care setting. The role supports the organization's mission by providing expert nursing care to critically ill patients in Ozark, AL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-acuity, lifesaving care to critically ill or injured patients
• Continuously monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams
• Operate and manage advanced life-support equipment, including ventilators and infusion pumps
• Administer medications, perform complex assessments, and document care accurately
• Support patients' families with education and emotional guidance
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Alabama or compact license
• BLS-Healthcare Provider certification required
• ACLS and PALS certifications required within the first 6 months of hire
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work in high-pressure environments

Preferred Skills:

• Previous ICU or critical care nursing experience preferred
